This full-time analyst programme is a two-year early-careers experience for candidates who are graduating with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027. It is designed to help participants build a strong start to their careers by linking their personal interests and strengths to the firm’s mission, principles, and purpose. The programme begins with an orientation that introduces the organisation’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with an overview of what the day-to-day work of an analyst looks like. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through regular training and professional learning opportunities, while staying connected with colleagues across the globe.

The programme is intended to give analysts a meaningful role within the firm and the opportunity to contribute to its wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. It is open across the EMEA region, with opportunities in a wide range of countries and cities including Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, with cities such as Amsterdam, Belgrade, Brussels, Budapest, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Riyadh, Stockholm, and Zurich listed among the locations.

What the programme involves

  • Starting with an onboarding and orientation period that explains the firm’s purpose, business model, and strategic direction.
  • Joining a team after orientation and contributing as a full-time analyst in the assigned business area.
  • Taking part in ongoing training and development activities throughout the two-year programme.
  • Building relationships and collaborating with colleagues across different regions and functions.
  • Developing professionally in a structured environment designed to support early-career growth.

Who can apply

  • Candidates must be graduating from an undergraduate or master’s degree programme between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • Applicants from any degree subject are welcome.
  • The expected start date is August, although earlier start dates may be considered.
  • For roles in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.
  • For Budapest, English is the only language requirement.
  • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also the only language requirement.

Application process and deadlines

  • After submitting an application, candidates receive an email asking them to complete a pre-interview assessment.
  • The assessment must be completed within five days of receiving it.
  • If the assessment is not completed in time, the application is automatically withdrawn.
  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, so early submission is encouraged.
