What you will do
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture their needs and turn those needs into practical solution proposals.
- Set up the SAP solution and carry out customisation activities where required.
- Contribute effectively in both team-based and individual work settings.
- Operate within an onsite/offshore delivery structure and coordinate with colleagues across locations.
- Communicate confidently with business users, using language that reflects business processes and terminology.
- Keep yourself informed about ongoing developments and changes in the SAP landscape.
- Plan and run design workshops and training sessions for clients and stakeholders.
- Travel to client sites when important workshops or training events need to be delivered face to face.
What the employer is looking for
- Between two and four end-to-end implementation experiences in SAP APO PPDS or SAP S/4HANA ePPDS.
- Practical experience in supply chain management.
- Additional knowledge of SAP APO modules such as DP and SNP, or experience with SAP IBP, would strengthen an application.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly for leading design discussions and training activities.
- Comfort working in a delivery model that combines onsite and offshore collaboration.
- Ability to work independently when needed while also contributing to a wider team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for key meetings, workshops, and training.
- SAP certification is preferred.
- Experience with several IBP areas, including demand and supply planning, is also preferred.
- Previous experience working with SAP APO is desirable.
