What you would do

  • Take a leading role in implementing Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions, with particular depth in Inventory Management, Procurement, and Order Management.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor during architecture and design reviews.
  • Work directly with customer process consultants and business experts to collect business and technical requirements.
  • Lead cross-functional conversations with customer teams, helping them evaluate solution options and reach decisions.
  • Coordinate across multiple project tracks to support an effective overall solution and keep milestones on track.
  • Make sure the delivered design is fit for purpose and that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Participate in functional testing and collaborate with stakeholders to support timely delivery of the solution.
  • Look for opportunities to improve processes and introduce automation where it adds value.
  • Translate business needs into solution designs that can be implemented successfully.
  • Support requirement gathering and design work for global rollout programmes.
  • Review business documents and design solutions that meet legal, regulatory, and statutory requirements, including European localisation needs.
  • Lead or support testing and deployment of custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
  • Manage communication and work coordination between onsite and offshore teams.
  • Lead super-user training and assist with other training-related activities.
  • Work with other delivery tracks to ensure end-to-end business processes are covered.
  • Support data conversion for Procurement and Inventory, including strategy creation, data mapping, and reconciliation of master and transactional data.

What the role requires

  • Strong implementation experience with Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud processes, especially Inventory Management, Procurement, and Order Management.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and convert them into proposed designs.
  • Experience with localisation, particularly in European and multi-country environments.
  • Experience implementing Oracle SCM processes that meet European statutory requirements.
  • Experience working on requirement gathering and solution design for global rollouts.
  • Ability to analyse business documents and create solutions aligned to legal and statutory obligations.
  • At least two or three complete Oracle SCM Cloud implementation projects.
  • Leadership experience in Procurement Cloud and Inventory Cloud implementations.
  • Experience testing and deploying custom solutions for Oracle Fusion Procurement Cloud.
  • Experience coordinating onsite-offshore communication and delivery.
  • Experience leading super-user training and supporting related learning efforts.
  • Experience coordinating with other workstreams to deliver complete business processes.
  • Experience supporting data conversion for Procurement and Inventory, including strategy, mapping, and reconciliation of master and transactional data.
  • Preferred exposure to process optimisation or modernisation through digitisation initiatives.
  • Preferred experience in a global delivery environment.
  • Ability to lead multiple teams toward a common goal.
