This position is centered on driving growth for Bloomberg’s fixed income electronic trading offering across Switzerland and Monaco. The work sits within a business area that is receiving strong investment and attention across the company, and the successful candidate will help shape how clients access liquidity and execute trades across markets.

You will work closely with teams across Electronic Trading Services, Enterprise Sales, and Product to strengthen Bloomberg’s franchise in a major hub for private banking, wealth management, and asset management. The role combines relationship management, commercial development, and product positioning, with responsibility for expanding existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and contributing directly to long-term business growth.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients across Switzerland and Monaco, including private banks, wealth managers, family offices, and asset managers.
  • Increase adoption of Bloomberg’s fixed income electronic trading solutions and help clients improve the way they source liquidity and execute trades.
  • Work with clients to uncover workflow gaps and show how Bloomberg’s tools can improve their day-to-day processes and terminal usage.
  • Take ownership of the regional coverage area and proactively monitor users whose activity may be declining so you can help defend and retain the business.
  • Plan and run usage campaigns, including self-directed initiatives designed to meet business targets as well as campaigns driven by management priorities.
  • Build a deep understanding of Bloomberg’s products and how they connect to financial markets so you can position them effectively with clients.
  • Learn how different customer types operate, including how they make money, how they carry out their work, and how they use technology, and apply that knowledge in client discussions.
  • Demonstrate the relevant functionality and workflows of Bloomberg solutions in a way that addresses the needs of each customer type.
  • Contribute ideas that anticipate client requirements and help solve problems before they arise.
  • Take part in new projects that support both departmental goals and wider company initiatives.
  • Use your understanding of the market landscape to support commercial conversations with clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to help strengthen Bloomberg’s position in the region and across the business.

What Bloomberg is looking for

  • Practical experience with Bloomberg’s electronic trading platform and terminal, or a similar product, along with relevant asset-class functionality.
  • A commercial mindset and the ability to contribute within both team and company-wide initiatives in a non-hierarchical environment where formal titles are not the focus.
  • A strong collaborative approach and a willingness to support colleagues.
  • Excellent skills in presenting, training, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Readiness to travel regularly for business.
  • Fluency in French, which is essential for engaging effectively with the client base in Switzerland and Monaco.
