This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-careers candidates across the EMEA region. It is designed to help new analysts connect their individual interests and strengths with BlackRockâs mission, principles, and purpose, while building practical experience and professional capability from the start of their careers.
The programme begins with an orientation that introduces BlackRockâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities, and also gives candidates a sense of what the day-to-day analyst experience looks like. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through ongoing learning, training, and professional development opportunities. The programme is intended to give analysts a meaningful role in the firm and a chance to contribute to BlackRockâs wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being.

Application process
After submitting an application, candidates receive an email asking them to complete a pre-interview assessment. That assessment must be finished within five days of the email being sent. If it is not completed in time, the application is automatically withdrawn.
Application deadlines vary by location. The listed deadlines are 30 September 2026 for London, Edinburgh, Paris, and Zurich; 30 October 2026 for Milan and Amsterdam; 13 November 2026 for Frankfurt, Munich, and Copenhagen; and 31 January 2027 for Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, and Riyadh.
