What you will do
- Act as the key link between clients and the experts they need, making sure the right knowledge reaches the right project.
- Handle client and expert communication throughout the full lifecycle of each request, with a substantial amount of time spent on the phone screening experts and negotiating with them to secure the strongest possible match.
- Manage several assignments at once for clients such as investors, strategists, and dealmakers at top-tier organisations.
- Use AI-supported sourcing tools to map complicated industry structures and identify suitable experts to contact and engage.
- Assess the wider context of each project, including the market setting and the legal and regulatory framework relevant to the client and the expert.
- Work in a role that is highly communication-driven, fast paced, and dependent on the ability to keep multiple parallel tasks moving at the same time.
- Support clients in making better decisions by connecting them with niche expertise from across the world.
- Develop practical commercial skills through day-to-day work in communication, negotiation, persuasion, project coordination, and time management.

Compensation and benefits
- Expected first-year total pay of approximately £48,500 to £57,500, depending on performance, made up of a £41,500 base salary plus uncapped variable compensation.
