This is a two-year, full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates in the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRockâs mission, principles, and purpose while building practical experience in a global financial services environment. The programme begins with an orientation that introduces the firmâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities, and also gives analysts a view of what their day-to-day work will involve. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through ongoing training and professional development while staying connected with colleagues around the world.

It is open across a broad EMEA footprint, with opportunities listed in Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom, including cities such as Amsterdam, Belgrade, Brussels, Budapest, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Riyadh, Stockholm, and Zurich.
What you will do
- Join a two-year analyst development programme and take part in an initial orientation covering the companyâs purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.
- Learn what the analyst role looks like in practice and use that understanding to transition into team-based work after orientation.
- Work within your assigned team and contribute to the firmâs day-to-day activities while continuing to learn from colleagues and leaders across the organisation.
- Stay engaged in ongoing learning through training and professional development opportunities throughout the programme.
- Build your experience in a role that is intended to have a lasting impact on the firm and support its broader mission.
- Complete the required pre-interview assessment after applying, making sure it is submitted within five days of the invitation email to avoid automatic withdrawal of the application.
Who can apply
- Candidates must be due to graduate with either a bachelorâs degree or a masterâs degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
- Applicants from any academic discipline are welcome; the programme is not limited to a specific degree subject.
- The programme start date is in August, although an earlier start may be considered in some cases.
- For roles in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.
- For Budapest, only English is required.
- For a position within Private Markets Investing in Zurich, only English is required.
- Applicants should be aware that the programme uses rolling review, so submitting early is encouraged.
- Location-specific deadlines apply and must be met: London, Edinburgh, Paris, and Zurich by 30 September 2026; Milan and Amsterdam by 30 October 2026; Frankfurt, Munich, and Copenhagen by 13 November 2026; Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, and Riyadh by 31 January 2027.
