What you will do

  • Shape and lead the adoption strategy for the Global Tax & Legal Intela platform, ensuring the approach supports successful rollout and long-term use.

  • Write and publish important programme communications and leader updates.
  • Ensure Deloitte and Intela branding is applied consistently across all materials and that the Intela message is presented positively to stakeholders.
  • Support local Deloitte teams by supplying templates, core content, and practical guidance for Intela communications, and by answering questions and providing ongoing support.
  • Communicate the benefits of the Intela platform clearly and effectively to audiences at all levels.
  • Use global communication channels such as Teams, the intranet, meeting agendas, newsletters, and programme updates to build awareness, interest, and adoption.
  • Build strong connections between the global Intela programme team and local change, communications, and learning leads.
  • Plan and facilitate community-building events, including the Intela Deployment & Enablement Community Connects sessions.
  • Share stories, templates, and best practices across the network to support consistent delivery.
  • Support the global programme team with change, communications, and collateral requirements.
  • Review and improve playbooks, presentations, communications, and other collateral so they align with Deloitte and Intela messaging and visual identity.
  • Use change communications best practice to strengthen the programme narrative while keeping the adoption strategy front and centre.
  • Draft and publish key communications for the programme and its leaders.
  • Track monthly change, communications, and collateral metrics, then update the approach as the programme matures.
  • Work with the Learning team to build a joined-up learning experience for Intela users.
  • Provide change and adoption metrics and analysis to help shape the wider learning strategy.
  • Understand what the Intela community needs to learn and identify opportunities to improve the learning experience.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to weave learning into change management activity, including micro-learning and knowledge-sharing stories.
  • Handle project management planning for the Change and Adoption team.
  • Manage timelines, effort estimates, and resource or capacity planning for planned deliverables and ad hoc work.
  • Use project management methods to keep work on track and report status clearly.
  • Escalate risks, issues, and decisions to Intela leadership when needed.

What you need

  • Experience in organisational change management and/or communications, ideally with exposure to ERP systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Strong consulting skills, especially in storyboarding and storytelling, working through ambiguity, and analysing information to reach sound conclusions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability.
  • Strong presentation skills and good organisational skills.
  • The ability to manage several workstreams at once.
  • The ability to work independently.
  • Comfort working in a virtual environment.
  • Flexibility to support different time zones.
