This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates in the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock’s mission, principles, and wider purpose while building practical experience in a global financial organisation. The programme begins with an orientation that introduces the firm’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with insight into what an analyst’s day-to-day work looks like. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through ongoing training and professional development while staying connected with colleagues around the world.

  • Starting with a structured orientation that explains BlackRock’s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.
  • Learning what the analyst role looks like in practice before moving into team-based work.
  • Joining a team after orientation and contributing to the firm’s work over the course of the programme.
  • Taking part in continued training and development opportunities throughout the two-year experience.
  • Working with colleagues across the globe and building connections across the organisation.
  • Contributing to work that supports BlackRock’s broader aim of helping more people achieve financial well-being.

Who can apply

  • The programme is open to candidates who will graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • Applicants may come from any degree subject; there is no requirement for a specific academic background.
  • For roles in Continental Europe, candidates must have fluency in the relevant local language.
  • For Budapest, English is sufficient.
  • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also sufficient.
  • The programme is part of BlackRock’s 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme for the EMEA region.
  • The planned start month is August, although earlier start dates may be taken into account.

Application process and deadlines

  • After submitting an application, candidates receive an email asking them to complete a pre-interview assessment.
  • The assessment must be completed within five days of the email being sent.
  • If the assessment is not completed in time, the application is automatically withdrawn.
  • Applications are reviewed as they are received, so early submission is encouraged.
  • Location-specific deadlines are listed for the programme: London, Edinburgh, Paris, and Zurich by 30 September 2026; Milan and Amsterdam by 30 October 2026; Frankfurt, Munich, and Copenhagen by 13 November 2026; Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, and Riyadh by 31 January 2027.
