This summer internship programme is an eight-week experience running from June through August. • After orientation, interns move into their teams and receive practical training on the job.
  • Interns are expected to take on everyday responsibilities and make contributions to their teams throughout the summer.
  • The experience also includes a speaker series, mentoring, and a range of networking opportunities.
  • Participants can also join activities connected to BlackRock employee networks.
  • Those who enjoy the internship are encouraged to look at the Full-Time Analyst Programme as a possible next step after the internship.
