This summer internship is an eight-week programme running from June through August across the EMEA region. It is intended to give students a demanding, meaningful, and supportive experience that closely reflects what it is like to work as a full-time BlackRock analyst. The internship begins with an orientation that introduces the firm in detail and includes the chance to hear from senior leaders. After that, interns receive practical training on the job and are expected to take on everyday responsibilities that contribute to their teams throughout the summer.
The programme is designed not only to provide work experience, but also to help interns build connections and learn from others across the organisation. Alongside their team work, participants can expect speaker sessions, mentoring, and networking opportunities, including activities with employee networks. For interns who find the experience appealing and want to continue developing with the firm, there is the option to explore the Full-Time Analyst Programme after the internship.
