  • Build AI systems for perception, reasoning, planning, and control using computer vision, sensor fusion, reinforcement learning, digital twins, and real-time decision-making methods.
  • Partner with robotics, engineering, and operations teams to combine generative AI, agentic AI, and physical AI for autonomous task execution, adaptive workflows, and human-machine collaboration.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, including support for proposals, RFPs, and executive decision-making.
  • Establish AI governance approaches and help ensure solutions align with regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Lead discovery and value-stream workshops to identify AI opportunities, define scope, and produce architecture and detailed solution designs.
  • Provide technical consulting and solutioning support for industry use cases where generative AI is being applied.
  • Contribute thought leadership that helps drive AI adoption, innovation, and best practices.
  • Support AI Center of Excellence initiatives and customer engagements.

What you need

  • Experience leading or contributing to enterprise-scale AI transformation programs.
  • Deep knowledge of generative AI, AI-assisted development, and multi-agent orchestration.
  • Practical experience with prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, and LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Gemini.
  • Familiarity with AI development tools including GitHub Copilot, Amazon Q, Google Duet, Cursor, and Devin.
  • Experience working with Azure, AWS, and GCP, as well as microservices and DevOps environments.
  • Programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Ability to combine technical depth with a product mindset, strong collaboration, and leadership.
  • Experience in technical consulting and solution design, including the ability to run workshops and produce detailed architecture outputs.
  • Industry knowledge in at least one domain where generative AI is used, such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfort working across product, engineering, and data teams.
  • Experience supporting AI Center of Excellence work and customer-facing engagements.
