2027 Client and Product Spring Insight Event – EMEA Overview

BlackRock is offering a week-long spring insight programme for students interested in learning more about its Client & Product business. The event is scheduled to take place in the London office in April 2027 and is designed as an immersive introduction to the firm for students from any academic background who are expected to complete an undergraduate or master’s degree in 2029.

What the programme involves

• Spend a full week in BlackRock’s London office taking part in a structured insight experience focused on the Client & Product area.
• Observe professionals through work shadowing to better understand how the business operates in practice.
• Join a group project that gives you the chance to collaborate with other participants and contribute ideas as part of a team.
• Take part in networking sessions and social events that help you connect with people across the firm and learn more about the workplace.
• Build a stronger understanding of the markets and develop a clearer sense of what it means to be a student of the markets by the end of the week.

Who this opportunity is for

• Students from any degree discipline are welcome to apply.
• The programme is aimed at candidates who will graduate in 2029 with either an undergraduate or master’s qualification.
• It is part of BlackRock’s students and graduates offering and sits within the Students and Graduates team.

Application process and important dates

• After submitting an application, candidates will receive an email asking them to complete a pre-interview assessment.
• The assessment must be completed within five days of receiving it; if it is not submitted in time, the application will be withdrawn automatically.
• The application deadline is Friday 4 December 2026.
• Applicants should be ready for an event based in London in April 2027.
