Company Name Blackrock
Job Role Corporate & Strategic – Human Resources – 2027 Summer Internship Program
Qualifications Bachelor’s
Category Finance Jobs
Job Type Internship
Location Edinburgh

This summer internship is part of BlackRock’s EMEA early careers programme and runs for eight weeks between June and August. It is built to give students a demanding, meaningful, and supportive experience that is intended to resemble the day-to-day reality of a full-time analyst role as closely as possible. Interns begin with an orientation that provides a broad introduction to the firm and includes the chance to hear from senior leaders. After that, they receive practical training on the job and are expected to take on real responsibilities that help their teams throughout the summer.

The programme also includes additional development and networking opportunities. Interns can expect speaker sessions, mentoring, and a range of events designed to help them build connections, including activities with employee networks. For students who find the experience appealing and want to continue with BlackRock, the internship can be a stepping stone toward the Full-Time Analyst Programme.
