This is a two-year full-time analyst programme designed for early-career candidates who want to build their careers within a global investment firm. The experience is intended to help participants connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock’s mission, principles, and wider purpose, while also giving them practical exposure to the work of an analyst in the business.

The programme begins with an orientation that introduces participants to BlackRock’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities. It also provides an overview of what analysts do in their day-to-day roles. After this initial onboarding period, analysts join their teams and continue developing through training and professional development opportunities that keep them connected with colleagues across the globe.

BlackRock describes the programme as a chance to make a lasting contribution to the firm and to support its broader aim of helping more people achieve financial well-being. The role is part of the 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme for the EMEA region.

Who can apply

  • Applicants must be graduating from a bachelor’s or master’s degree programme between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • Candidates from any degree discipline are welcome to apply.
  • For roles based in Continental Europe, fluency in the relevant local language is required.
  • For Budapest, only English is required.
  • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, only English is required.
  • This opportunity is aimed at candidates applying for the 2027 recruitment cycle.
  • The programme is full-time and is intended for early-career analysts.

Application process

After submitting an application, candidates receive an email asking them to complete a pre-interview assessment. This assessment must be finished within five days of receipt. If it is not completed in time, the application will be automatically withdrawn.

The programme is scheduled to begin in August, although earlier start dates may be considered.
