What you will do

  • Own and develop direct relationships with clients, using Google’s insights to help them improve performance and make stronger business decisions.
  • Take the lead on analysis by working through complex datasets and converting them into clear strategic opportunities.
  • Blend Google data with outside sources to uncover client opportunities and support recommendations with solid evidence.
  • Prepare and present business and media recommendations that reflect industry shifts, consumer trends, and the broader data available to Google.
  • Provide strategic guidance and informed perspective to senior marketing leaders and other high-level stakeholders.
  • Work closely with sellers and other internal partners in Large Customer Sales to support major accounts and contribute to broader growth efforts.

What Google is looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of practical experience.
  • At least eight years of relevant experience in analytics, insights, media measurement, or consulting.
  • Background in client-facing consulting, ideally in a marketing or media-related environment.
  • Working knowledge of media measurement techniques such as marketing mix modeling, attribution, and sales lift, plus familiarity with key external vendors used in this space.
  • Strong understanding of both online and offline media, including branding.
  • Comfort working with large datasets and tools such as SQL and Google BigQuery.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical ability, with a track record of turning analysis into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to influence thoughtful decision-making among senior audiences.
  • Capability at a mid-level scope, including driving progress, solving problems, and supporting the development of less experienced team members.
