This role is focused on leading product management for Diligent’s Ethics and Compliance offering, with a strong emphasis on turning complex operational workflows into intuitive, forward-looking technology. The position is designed for someone who can take a broad product vision and convert it into execution, guiding the evolution of an AI-powered roadmap while working closely with a distributed team across product marketing, engineering, and UX/product design. The right person will be energized by transformational change, cross-functional influence, and the challenge of building products that are both commercially compelling and genuinely valuable to customers.

What you will be responsible for

  • Set the product direction for a group of six connected products and lead the effort to combine them into one interoperable AI-enabled Ethics solution over the next 12 months.
  • Turn customer feedback, user needs, and market signals into a clear set of priorities and a practical product plan.
  • Own the roadmap from end to end, using market intelligence to estimate opportunity, define scope, determine sequencing, and adjust plans as the market responds.
  • Work in close partnership with engineering and UX/product design to deliver high-quality releases on time.
  • Manage and develop a team of experienced product managers, helping them grow while aligning their work to the broader strategy.
  • Lead discovery efforts, define product requirements, and keep backlogs organized across multiple teams.
  • Monitor product health through adoption, usage, and outcome metrics, then use those insights to improve the portfolio continuously.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and other stakeholders to translate customer insight into scalable, high-impact product solutions.
  • Influence cross-functional partners while also providing direct leadership within your own product organization.
  • Build products that are attractive from a business perspective as well as useful for customers, with a strong focus on measurable impact.

What you need to bring

  • Demonstrated success building, launching, and iterating B2B enterprise SaaS products.
  • Experience working on AI assistants and AI agents, including taking them from concept through release and improvement.
  • A commercially oriented approach to product management, with the ability to assess success in terms of both customer value and revenue contribution.
  • Experience owning and managing a product portfolio.
  • A career background that includes exposure to startup, scale-up, and corporate environments.
  • Direct experience collaborating with engineering and product design teams in agile delivery settings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus the ability to influence people at all levels of the business.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment where outcomes matter and priorities can shift quickly.

Experience that would strengthen your application

  • Knowledge of risk, compliance, due diligence, or a related regulated industry.
  • Familiarity with international regulatory environments or third-party risk ecosystems.
  • Experience with APIs, platform integrations, or ecosystem-based products.
  • Background in launching brand-new products or taking early-stage products and developing them further.
  • Experience combining separate products into a more unified platform while balancing the needs of current customers with the need to attract new ones.

Working arrangement
