This role is for an experienced supply chain planning consultant who can bring deep RELEX expertise to transformation programmes. The position sits within Capgemini Invent’s Intelligent Industry practice and is focused on helping clients design, implement, and improve planning solutions that use RELEX to support better decision-making across the supply chain. You will work across end-to-end transformation engagements, using your knowledge of supply chain planning and the RELEX platform to support clients in areas such as demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, and inventory optimisation. The role offers exposure to multiple industries, including consumer products, retail, life sciences, and automotive, and is intended for someone who is comfortable operating in a consulting environment with a strong delivery focus.

What you will do

• Develop and present solution approaches that connect RELEX functionality with client requirements and business objectives.
• Support business development activity by contributing to RFPs, RFIs, demonstrations, and commercial discussions.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across supply chain and IT teams.
• Lead delivery workstreams on RELEX implementation and optimisation programmes.
• Turn business needs into functional and technical solution designs that can be implemented effectively.
• Configure RELEX modules and assist with deployment, including forecasting, replenishment, and inventory optimisation capabilities.
• Support integration with surrounding systems such as ERP platforms and data solutions.
• Contribute to testing, cutover, go-live support, stabilisation, and continuous improvement after implementation.
• Help maintain delivery quality by managing risks, issues, and timelines.
• Work with senior client stakeholders and provide clear, practical recommendations and status updates.
• Partner with programme leadership to ensure delivery remains aligned to business outcomes.
• Convert complex analysis into concise, executive-level communication.
• Collaborate with consulting, data, and engineering colleagues to deliver integrated solutions.
• Coach and support junior team members.
• Help strengthen the RELEX capability through reusable assets, methods, and best practices.
• Contribute to practice growth through propositions, go-to-market activity, recruitment, training, and thought leadership.
• Take part in wider business development, internal initiatives, and learning and development activities that support both the practice and your own career progression.
