This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates in the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock’s mission, principles, and purpose while building practical experience in the business. The programme starts with an orientation that introduces the firm’s purpose, its business, and its strategic priorities, and also gives analysts a clearer picture of what the day-to-day experience of an analyst at BlackRock looks like. After that, participants join their teams and continue developing through ongoing training and professional development, while staying connected with colleagues across the globe.

The programme is intended to give analysts a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the firm and to support BlackRock’s wider purpose of helping more and more people achieve financial well-being. What you will do

Who the programme is for

  • Candidates who will graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • Applicants from any academic discipline; the programme is open to all degree subjects.
  • People applying for full-time analyst opportunities in the 2027 intake.
  • Candidates who can meet the language expectations for the location they are applying to.

Location and language expectations

  • The programme covers EMEA locations, with cities listed across Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, and the United Kingdom.
  • Specific cities named include Amsterdam, Belgrade, Brussels, Budapest, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Riyadh, Stockholm, and Zurich.
  • For roles in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.
  • For Budapest, English alone is sufficient.
  • For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English alone is also sufficient.
