This is a two-year full-time analyst programme in the EMEA region, designed for graduates who want to begin their careers at BlackRock and develop within a global financial organisation. The programme is intended to help analysts connect their own strengths and interests with the firmâs mission, principles, and purpose, while contributing to BlackRockâs wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being.
The programme starts with an orientation that introduces participants to the companyâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities. It also gives a practical view of what an analystâs day-to-day work looks like. After that initial introduction, analysts join their teams and continue building their experience while staying connected with colleagues around the world through training and professional development opportunities.
