This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates joining BlackRock across the EMEA region. The programme is designed to help analysts connect their own interests and strengths with the firm’s mission, principles, and purpose, while building practical experience in a global investment environment. It begins with an introductory orientation and then moves into team placement, where analysts continue learning through training and development opportunities while contributing to the work of the business.

Programme overview

The analyst programme is intended for candidates who will complete a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027. The expected start month is August, although the firm may consider earlier start dates in some cases. The programme is open to applicants from any degree background, reflecting BlackRock’s interest in a broad range of academic disciplines and perspectives.

At the start of the programme, analysts take part in an orientation that introduces BlackRock’s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities, as well as what the day-to-day experience of an analyst looks like. After that, analysts join their teams and continue to develop through ongoing learning, professional development, and contact with colleagues around the world. The programme is intended to give participants a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the firm’s wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being.

  • Stay connected with colleagues across BlackRock’s global network through continuing training and development.
  • Use the programme to build skills, deepen professional experience, and contribute to the organisation’s broader purpose.
  • Complete the pre-interview assessment after applying, making sure it is submitted within five days to avoid automatic withdrawal of the application.
