| Location | London |
This summer internship programme is an eight-week experience running from June through August across the EMEA region. It is built to give students a demanding, meaningful, and supportive placement that is intended to reflect, as closely as possible, what it is like to work as a full-time BlackRock analyst. The programme is designed for early-career candidates who want practical exposure, structured learning, and the chance to contribute to real team work over the course of the summer.
The internship begins with an orientation that introduces participants to the firm and includes the chance to hear from several senior leaders. After that, interns move into their teams and receive hands-on training along with day-to-day responsibilities so they can make a genuine contribution throughout the programme. In addition to the core work experience, the internship includes a speaker series, mentoring, and a range of networking opportunities, including activities connected to employee networks.
