This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates in the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants build a strong foundation at BlackRock by connecting their personal interests and strengths with the firmâs mission, principles, and purpose. The programme starts with an orientation that introduces the companyâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities, while also giving analysts a sense of what their day-to-day work will involve. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through training and professional development opportunities that keep them connected with colleagues across the globe.
The programme is intended to give analysts a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the organisation and support BlackRockâs broader goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. It is part of BlackRockâs early careers offering for the 2027 intake.
What you will do
- Take part in a structured two-year analyst experience that supports your development as an early-career professional.
- Attend an introductory orientation covering BlackRockâs purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.
- Learn what the day-to-day responsibilities of an analyst at BlackRock look like.
- Join your assigned team after orientation and begin contributing to its work.
- Stay engaged with colleagues across the firm through ongoing training and development activities.
- Help advance BlackRockâs mission of improving financial well-being for more people.
Who the programme is for
- Applicants must be completing a bachelorâs or masterâs degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
- The programme welcomes candidates from any degree discipline.
- This opportunity is for candidates applying to the 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme in the EMEA region.
- For roles in Continental Europe, candidates need fluency in the relevant local language.
- For Budapest, only English is required.
- For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, only English is required.
Application process and deadlines
After submitting an application, candidates receive an email inviting them to complete a pre-interview assessment. The assessment must be completed within five days of receipt; if it is not submitted in time, the application will be withdrawn automatically.
