This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates in the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock’s mission, principles, and purpose while building practical experience in a global investment environment. The programme starts with an orientation that introduces the firm’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, and gives analysts insight into what their day-to-day work will look like. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through ongoing training and professional development while staying connected with colleagues around the world.

The programme is intended to give analysts the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the firm and support BlackRock’s broader goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. It is part of BlackRock’s 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme for the EMEA region.

What you will do

  • Participate in a structured two-year analyst experience that supports your development at the start of your career.
  • Attend an orientation at the beginning of the programme to learn about BlackRock’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities.
  • Gain exposure to the everyday responsibilities and expectations of an analyst at BlackRock.
  • Join a team after orientation and contribute to the work of that team.
  • Stay engaged with colleagues across different regions through continuing training and professional development.
  • Help advance BlackRock’s mission by contributing to work that supports financial well-being for more people.

Who can apply

  • Candidates must be due to graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • The programme is open to applicants from any degree subject.
  • Applicants for Continental Europe locations need to have local language fluency.
  • For Budapest, English is the only language requirement stated.
  • For roles in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, English is also the only language requirement stated.
  • Applicants should be prepared for a pre-interview assessment after submitting their application.
  • The assessment must be completed within five days of receiving it, otherwise the application will be withdrawn automatically.
  • The programme is scheduled to begin in August, although earlier start dates may be considered.
  • Applications are reviewed as they are received, so candidates are encouraged to apply early.

  • Milan and Amsterdam: 30 October 2026

Cities listed include Amsterdam, Belgrade, Brussels, Budapest, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Riyadh, Stockholm, and Zurich.
