This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates across the EMEA region. The programme begins with an orientation that introduces the firmâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with insight into what an analystâs day-to-day work involves. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through training and professional development while staying connected with colleagues around the world.
The programme is intended to give analysts the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the firm and to support its broader goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. It is a structured early-career path rather than a short internship, and it is aimed at graduates who are ready to begin a full-time role in 2027.
What you will do
- Join a two-year analyst programme that combines onboarding, team placement, and ongoing development.

- After orientation, become part of a team and contribute to its day-to-day work.

Who can apply
- Applicants must be graduating with either a bachelorâs degree or a masterâs degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
- Candidates from any degree discipline are welcome to apply.
- This opportunity is open to candidates for the 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme in the EMEA region.
- For roles in Continental Europe, local language fluency is required.
- For Budapest, only English is required.
- For positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich, only English is required.
