This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates across the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants connect their personal interests and strengths with the organisation’s mission, principles, and wider purpose, while building practical experience in a global investment management environment. The programme begins with an orientation that introduces the firm’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with insight into what an analyst’s day-to-day work involves. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through training and professional development while staying connected with colleagues around the world.

The programme is intended to give analysts the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the firm and to support its broader goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. It is a structured early-career path rather than a short internship, and it is aimed at graduates who are ready to begin a full-time role in 2027.

  • Take part in an initial orientation covering the organisation’s purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.

  • After orientation, become part of a team and contribute to its day-to-day work.
  • Stay engaged with colleagues across different regions and functions through continued collaboration.

  • Support the firm’s mission of improving financial well-being for more people through your work.
