This is BlackRock’s Full-Time Analyst Programme for the EMEA region, a two-year early-career experience intended for graduates who want to begin their careers in a structured, global environment. The programme is designed to help analysts connect their personal interests and strengths with BlackRock’s mission, principles, and broader purpose, while contributing to the firm’s work and its goal of improving financial well-being for more people.

The programme begins with an orientation that introduces participants to BlackRock’s purpose, business, and strategic priorities, along with an overview of what the analyst role looks like on a day-to-day basis. After that initial onboarding period, analysts move into their teams and continue developing through ongoing learning, training, and professional development opportunities while remaining connected with colleagues across the globe.

What you will do

  • Join a two-year analyst programme that combines structured onboarding with real team-based experience.
  • Learn about BlackRock’s mission, business model, and strategic priorities during the opening orientation.
  • Understand the practical realities of the analyst role through exposure to daily work and team integration.
  • Work within your assigned team after orientation and contribute to the firm’s objectives.
  • Take part in continuing training and development activities that support growth throughout the programme.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across BlackRock’s global network and stay connected to the wider organisation.
  • Help advance the firm’s purpose of supporting financial well-being on a broad scale.

  • Applicants must be due to graduate with either a bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
  • The programme is open to candidates from any academic discipline; there is no requirement for a specific degree subject.
  • The expected start month is August, although earlier start dates may be considered.
  • For roles in Continental Europe, candidates need to have the relevant local language fluency for the location.
  • For Budapest roles, English is the only language requirement mentioned.
  • For Private Markets Investing positions in Zurich, English is also sufficient.
  • Candidates should be prepared to apply for one of the listed EMEA locations, which include cities in Europe, the Middle East, and South Africa.
