BlackRock is recruiting for its 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme across the EMEA region. This is a two-year, full-time early-careers programme created for graduates who want to begin their careers in a global investment and financial services environment. The programme is designed to help analysts connect their personal interests and strengths with the firmâs mission, principles, and purpose while gaining practical experience and structured development.
The programme starts with an orientation that introduces participants to BlackRockâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities. It also gives new analysts a view of what the role looks like in practice. After that, analysts move into their teams and continue learning through training and professional development opportunities that keep them connected with colleagues around the world. BlackRock says the programme is intended to give analysts a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the firm and support its wider goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being.
What you will do
- Join BlackRockâs full-time analyst programme and take part in a two-year development experience.
- Begin with an orientation covering the firmâs purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.
- Learn about the day-to-day responsibilities of an analyst at BlackRock.
- Move into a team after orientation and begin contributing in a real working environment.
- Stay engaged with colleagues across different regions through continued training and development.
- Support the firmâs broader mission and help advance its purpose of improving financial well-being for more people.
Who can apply
- The programme is open to candidates who will graduate with a bachelorâs or masterâs degree between June 2026 and July 2027.
- Applicants may be studying any subject area; there is no requirement for a specific degree discipline.
- The programme is aimed at candidates ready to start a full-time analyst role, with the standard start date in August and some earlier starts possible.
- For roles based in Continental Europe, candidates must have fluency in the local language for the location.
- For Budapest, English is the only language requirement stated.
- For Private Markets Investing roles in Zurich, English is the only language requirement stated.
- Applicants should be prepared to complete a pre-interview assessment after submitting their application.
- The assessment must be completed within five days of receiving it, otherwise the application will be automatically withdrawn.
