| Location | London |
This summer internship is an eight-week early careers programme running from June through August across the EMEA region. It is built to give students a demanding, meaningful, and well-supported experience that is intended to reflect, as closely as possible, what it is like to work as a full-time BlackRock analyst. The internship begins with an orientation that introduces the firm in detail and includes the chance to hear from senior leaders. After that, interns move into practical training and take on real day-to-day work that contributes to their teams throughout the summer.
In addition to the core work experience, the programme includes a speaker series, mentoring, and a range of networking opportunities. These networking activities also include events with employee networks, giving interns a broader view of the organisation and its people. The employer also notes that interns who enjoy the experience should consider the Full-Time Analyst Programme as a possible next step after the internship.
