This is a two-year full-time analyst programme for early-career candidates across the EMEA region. It is designed to help participants connect their interests and strengths with BlackRockâs mission, principles, and wider purpose. The programme begins with an orientation that introduces the firmâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities, while also giving analysts a sense of what their day-to-day work will involve. After that, analysts join their teams and continue developing through ongoing learning and professional development, while staying connected with colleagues around the world.
The programme is intended to give analysts meaningful exposure to the firm and the chance to contribute to BlackRockâs broader goal of helping more people achieve financial well-being. It is open to candidates from a wide range of academic backgrounds and is part of BlackRockâs 2027 Full-Time Analyst Programme for the EMEA region.
What the programme involves
- Starting with an orientation that covers BlackRockâs purpose, business model, and strategic priorities.
- Learning what the analyst role looks like in practice through early exposure to the firmâs day-to-day environment.
- Joining a team after orientation and contributing to its work over the course of the programme.
- Taking part in continuing training and professional development throughout the two years.
- Working with colleagues across different regions and building connections across the global organisation.
- Supporting BlackRockâs mission by contributing to work that helps more people experience financial well-being.
Who can apply
- Applicants should be graduating from a bachelorâs or masterâs degree programme between June 2026 and July 2027.
- The programme welcomes candidates from any degree subject; there is no requirement for a specific academic discipline.
- Applicants should be prepared for the programme to begin in August, although an earlier start date may be considered.
- For roles based in Continental Europe, fluency in the local language is required.
- English is the only language requirement for Budapest and for positions in Private Markets Investing in Zurich.
- Candidates should be ready to complete a pre-interview assessment after applying.
- The assessment must be submitted within five days of receiving it, otherwise the application will be withdrawn automatically.
Application process and timing
After submitting an application, candidates receive an email asking them to complete a pre-interview assessment. The assessment deadline is five days from receipt, and missing that deadline results in automatic withdrawal of the application. BlackRock reviews applications on a rolling basis, so candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible.

The deadlines shown are: London, Edinburgh, Paris, and Zurich by 30 September 2026; Milan and Amsterdam by 30 October 2026; Frankfurt, Munich, and Copenhagen by 13 November 2026; and Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, and Riyadh by 31 January 2027.

The programme is available across a wide range of EMEA cities, including Amsterdam, Belgrade, Brussels, Budapest, Cape Town, Copenhagen, Dubai, Edinburgh, Frankfurt, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Riyadh, Stockholm, and Zurich, as well as other locations in the region.
