The programme is built to help analysts connect their personal interests and strengths with the firmâs mission, principles, and wider purpose, while also giving them practical exposure to the day-to-day work of an analyst.
Programme overview
The programme starts with an orientation period that introduces participants to BlackRockâs purpose, business, and strategic priorities.
