This summer internship is an eight-week programme designed to give students a close look at what it is like to work as an analyst at BlackRock. Interns join the Client & Product area and gain exposure to work with Global Product Solutions and the Client Business, while also learning from senior leaders and receiving guidance from mentors. The programme is intended to help participants build early career insight, expand their network, and get to know the firm, their colleagues, and other interns through a series of summer events.
What you will do
- Spend eight weeks over the June to August period gaining practical insight into analyst-level work at BlackRock.
- Support and learn from teams within Global Product Solutions and the Client Business.
- Take part in discussion sessions hosted by senior leaders to deepen your understanding of the business and the wider firm.
- Work with mentors who can help you navigate the first stages of your career.
- Attend events throughout the summer that are designed to help you connect with the organisation, your peers, and the wider intern cohort.
Who should apply
- Students who are currently in their penultimate year of study.
- Candidates who will graduate in 2028 from either an undergraduate degree programme or a masterâs degree programme.
- Applicants who can complete the required pre-interview assessment within five days of receiving the email invitation after submitting an application.

- The assessment must be completed within five days; otherwise, the application is automatically withdrawn.
- Application deadlines vary by location: London, Edinburgh, Paris, and Zurich close on 30 September 2026; Milan and Amsterdam close on 30 October 2026; Frankfurt, Munich, and Copenhagen close on 13 November 2026; Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Kuwait, and Riyadh close on 31 January 2027.
