This summer internship programme is an eight-week experience running from June through August across the EMEA region. It is built to give students a demanding, purposeful, and well-supported internship that mirrors the day-to-day experience of a full-time analyst at BlackRock as closely as possible. The programme is designed to help interns learn the business, contribute meaningful work, and gain exposure to the firmâs culture and people.
The internship begins with an orientation that introduces the organisation and includes the chance to hear from senior leaders. After that, interns move into their teams, where they receive practical training and are trusted with everyday responsibilities that support the work of the group throughout the summer. The programme also includes a speaker series, mentoring, and a range of networking opportunities, including activities connected to employee networks.
